According to the NAR (National Association of Realtors) most home searches begin online there is no better way to build your brand as a realtor than to have professional Photos and videos which have been proven to generate more views.
Shoot time vary depending on the package you chose and the size of the property, in most cases about 1 hour should be sufficient.
The Realtor should arrive early if there are items they want to stage or prepare for the shoot, turn on all lights and turn off all ceiling fans. The photographer is not responsible for moving items or cleaning up.
It’s great when Realtors attend the shoot and participate in the process But we understand how busy you may be and we have years of experience so as long as we have access to the property the Realtor is not required to attend. Make sure if you will not be attending you notify your Photographer of any specifics you require.
You can place an order online or call and speak to a live person who will assist you with booking and answer any questions you may have.

We ask that give at least 24 hour notice if you need to cancel you photoshoot failure to give notice will result in a charge of $50.

If weather is to bad your photographer will contact you to reschedule, but because of our editing clouds or light rain are usually not an issue depending on your order.
For most shoots you will receive everything within 48 hours times may be longer if you have custom requests.
You will receive an email to notify you when your items are ready.
Amenity photos are not considered part of your package and are charged separately, if you would like to add them to your shoot please make sure you are available to give the photographer access to all amenities you would like shot.
